The Apple
Will and I returned from grocery shopping and I put the bags down on the floor. I began to put the groceries in the fridge and the next thing I know Will has found the apple in one of the bags and is chomping away! He knows exactly how to eat it from watching his dad and it made me wish I bought more.

Yes, I am soft! Will went shopping at IKEA with Chad and I and found the same big dog that Rosi has at her house. Well, he was hugging him and was really good, so I convinced Chad to let us buy it. Will has been dragging this big thing around the flat and uses him as a pillow. It was money well spent! Now if he can just say "dog." Because what he is saying doesn't quite cut it.

Thank you for my new dog, dad!
Will's New Car Seat
When we arrived back from the US, Will has outgrown his original baby car seat and we needed to upgrade. We had this one waiting for him and he was excited to use it. I found him just playing in it in the flat. It is has lots of features that make him not only safe, but comfortable. He is definitely riding in style. I wish I had a seat that would recline in 5 different positions.

Will's New Car Seat...he likes it!
Nothing like Chocolate Chip Cookies!
After being back in Germany for a few weeks, Will and I decided to use some of our precious Chocolate Chips one Saturday and make some cookies. :) Will wants to do whatever you are doing and he likes anything with buttons, motors, or latches. The cookies weren't as much fun as the blender I was using.

This tastes pretty good!

Good old Chocolate Chips
My favorite Toy!
Who needs toys...seriously, phones will work fine. When we were in the US my mom dialed the local weather number in Cedar Rapids. This began a life long friendship between Will and the 1450 KMRI Weather Guy. Thank goodness we can call landlines in the US and Will can talk to his new friend. :) We all are now well informed of the local Iowa weather. If you're trying to call in the middle of the night and you get a busy signal, it could very well be Will holding you up.
