We are getting used to writing day, month, year rather than month, day, year like we do in the US. It can sometimes be difficult because I have to think twice when paying a US credit card or booking a flight. I must admit it does make sense to list it in smallest to largest and it also makes sense to write it in the order you say it.
TV Shows
I've noticed in all of our travels that there are several TV shows that we can watch in English where ever we are traveling. There are also shows that we can see in any language, you think that they are going to be in English when you hear the theme song, but then the actor's lips don't match the sound!

* Becker
Any Language
* Home Improvement
* The Nanny
* The Cosby Show
* Charmed
* Knight Rider
And of course we always of CNN and the BBC!
