We're going to be totally European and skip the tricycles and training wheels for the boys. In Europe they start little ones biking very early. Yes, they make bikes for little ones as young as 2! So this weekend we bought Will his first bike and helmet. It's his birthday present that we bought early so he can get learn and use it this spring. He really likes the helmet and is really excited about it. He can get on and off and walk with it already. We've only used it in the flat, so we're not ready to conquer the sidewalk, yet because he needs to grow a bit. But for the first day, he's off to a great start.

Jack...Easy Going and Happy!
My goal was to take a picture of Jack's cute big smile. It kind of reminds me of his cousin Oliver's big mouth smile. Of course he does it and I can't seem to manage to get a picture of it. He's now cooing and talking and appreciates when we talk to him.
We're also trying to see if he'll take a Nuk for at least a little bit. Sometimes he'll keep it in for a bit, but if he wants to go to sleep...it's a no go. I'd like him to take it for a bit so when we fly he can suck on something during take off and landing other than a bottle. If this is the worse thing he does, we're doing amazing!
I also must give a shout out to my mom who made a sling for us to use with Will (he didn't really like it) but Jack LOVES it. He gets fussy about 30 minutes before he eats and if I put him in the sling and walk around...Magic...he's quiet. He doesn't always go to sleep and when I peek in I can see his big blue eyes looking back at me. It is also great when I need a free hand to help Will. Thank you Mom! Now we'll see if my mom reads my blog or just looks at the pictures. :)
